Who We Are
THE STORY OF PERFECTPOINT PROPERTY SOLUTIONS, LLC
Newly formed by Danval Taylor, PerfectPoint Property Solutions is excited to be part of the area’s renaissance and we aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of the New York City area and its neighborhoods.
Danval Taylor immigrated from the island of Jamaica in 1988 where he worked in a Five Star hotel as a line cook. He briefly worked on a Ferry Cruise ship that carried passengers and their motor vehicles between Portland, Maine USA and Yarmouth, Nova Scotia Canada. Danval moved to New York City where he worked in Corporate foodservice, Restaurants and attended the French Culinary Institute. After a long career in the culinary industry, with the last eight years being as an executive Sous Chef at a popular farm to table restaurant in Manhattan, he decided to start his own real estate company.

At PerfectPoint Property Solutions, it’s our goal to not only have a positive effect on ourselves and our families - but also to inspire, motivate and create lasting change in everyone we meet. We will ethically acquire properties while helping to improve people’s lives and the community they live in. We will treat our clients and team members with respect and dignity at all times. Our company will dedicate itself to continuous education and professional growth that will make the leaders of tomorrow.
